• Communications — messages you send to us or to the Artist through the Service.

We use information to:

• provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service;
• authenticate you and manage your account;
• process subscriptions, gifts, and payments, and prevent fraud;
• enable feeds, live windows, messaging, and other interactive features;
• communicate with you about your account, transactions, updates, and support; and
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use and other rights.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the Service and as described below:

• Service providers — with vendors that perform services on our behalf, including authentication and database hosting (Supabase), application hosting and delivery (Vercel), payment processing (Stripe), transactional email delivery (Resend), and sign-in providers (Google and Apple), each of which processes information under their own terms and privacy policies;
• The Artist and our team — content you submit (such as messages and reactions) may be visible to the Artist and authorized staff who operate the Service;
• Legal and safety — when we believe disclosure is required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, the Artist, our users, or the public; and
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.

5. Payment Information

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors, including Stripe, Inc. Your full payment-card details are collected and handled directly by the processor under its own terms and privacy policy; we receive only limited information such as transaction status, amount, and tokens necessary to manage your subscription and purchases. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any payment processor.

We and our service providers use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure the Service, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser or device settings, but disabling them may limit or break parts of the Service.
